Please note that I am based in the UK. If you are placing an order from overseas, please be aware that custom duties & taxes my have recently changed due to Brexit. Please check what your delivery destination's import duties and taxes are before placing your order to avoid any surprises. Some EU countries charge up to 20% upon arrival in customs, so please don't get caught out. If an item is rejected and returned to me based on refusal to pay import fees I will refund the cost of the Woodlanders only (not shipping as this service has been provided) - as long as I receive the parcel back safely.

If you add an item to your basket, it doesn't act as a reservation, and the item won't be yours until you checkout. Currently my shop updates sell out quickly, so I know this can be frustrating when an item is in your basket and someone checks out first. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to solve this, as it is a standard feature which prevents people adding lots of items to their basket and keeping them there, preventing others from having a chance to place an order.
