Everything is sold! When will you have more?

At the moment I spend a month making a batch of Woodlanders, then choose a date and time to upload them to the shop.

I share the date and time of my next update at the top of my website or in my Instagram bio. Newsletter subscribers get an email before the update with photos of some of the characters who'll be available as well as a list of prices. If you'd like to receive the emails please sign up using the form at the bottom of the page.

If you've logged on and everything is sold, it means you've visited the site after the items from the latest update were bought.

I missed your update! Can I pre-order/reserve an animal?

I'm really sorry but I'm unable to take pre-orders. My little Woodlanders take a long time to make, and I only have the capacity to make a certain amount for each update. If I took preorders or reservations as well, I wouldn't have any time left to create Woodlanders for the shop updates.

I had something in my basket but when I went to purchase, it said 'sold out'. What happened?

When my shop updates are live there are sometimes multiple people looking at buying the same listing.

If you add the item to your basket, it doesn't act as a reservation, and the item won't be yours until you checkout.

A few people have written to me saying that they had something in their basket, and whilst they were browsing through the other listings the item already in their basket was sold. Unfortunately I can't do anything about this.

Some people decide to checkout with their first item to secure it, then browse and buy another. If this happens then I refund the extra shipping charged.

Please note that at the moment my shop updates sell out quite quickly, so it's worth signing up for an account before the shop update day to speed up the checkout process.

Can you make a needle felted version of my pet?

I'd love to be able to create good likenesses to people's pets, but it's not my strong point! There are lots of needle felt artists who can create amazing likenesses. If this is what you're searching for, have a little look on Etsy where there are many artists to choose from.

How often do you update the shop?

I update my shop around once a month, though it can vary by a week or so, depending on what's happening in my life. :)

Can you ship to my country?

I ship to most countries. If you reach the checkout and find that I don't ship to your country, please email me and we'll see if we can arrange something. From 13th December I will be pausing shipping to EU and Northern Ireland whilst I investigate GPSR and make sure I'm fully compliant.

How long will my creature take to arrive?

I dispatch felt animal orders 1-2 weeks after the update, and after that they're in the hands of Royal Mail. I use their tracked service, so you'll be given a tracking code where you can follow your animal's journey to its new home. If you're going away and are unsure if you'll be at the delivery address when your Woodlander is due to arrive please let me know, as I can set your parcel aside and post for you at a later date. Just send me an email after the shop update with the date you'd like me to post it after and we'll sort something out. :)

Orders for other items are dispatched in 1-3 working days.

Please check what your country's import fees are before ordering, as these are not included in the cost of the parcel, and will need to be paid on arrival.

Do you have a returns policy?

If your Woodlander isn't what you were expecting, please get in touch as soon as possible after delivery to let me know.

I can accept returns and will issue a full refund if you let me know you'd like a refund within 14 days of receiving your Woodlander, and they are posted back to me, in perfect condition, by a tracked delivery service within 14 days of telling me you'd like a refund.

Unfortunately I'm unable to refund postage as this service has been fulfilled, and postage for the return will have to be covered by the buyer.
